· There is a minimum call out fee of £30 - includes first hour (if equipment is taken away by us this fee is waived).
· Work by appointment at your home/business is charged at £25/hour (excludes parts)
· Equipment taken away by us for repair will be repaired at £17/hour (excludes parts)
· Remote support sessions are charged at £15.00 for up to 30 minutes
