the customer service representative i spoke with today was above and beyond helpful. i've called and changed my flights several times for my upcoming trip and he was able to secure a last minute deal of a lifetime during a very busy season. freed up quite a bit of cash for my travels, couldn't be happier with the outcome. the gentleman was very polite as well.
