I offer psychotherapy and art therapy for children and adults; supporting emotional concerns that may be difficult in a warm, mature, and respectful manner. I believe that working with a qualified therapist can help you to explore the roots of your emotional discomfort and help you manage your relationships or issues at home, work or at school due to trauma, attachment difficulties or a current experience or event. Art making can offer incomparable transformative properties that can enhance personal development and wellness. I have a keen interest in issues related to notions of 'culture', identity and belonging. I offer a free 30 min consultation. This will give you the opportunity to discuss the process of either approach and ask any questions that you may have. No experience of art necessary.
