You can physically induce flow in sports through continuous practice, and you can find evidence of the state with great detail in books from Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi and Steven Kotler but the formula to find flow just by thinking is starting to be explored and explained.
The purpose of the training I deliver is to expose my research and experiments to scrutiny as a way to ignite the conversation around the magical powers of this elusive state. You will be faced with the choice of deciding what to change in your life to jump-start ultimate happiness and promote development in all the areas of knowledge. My intent is to show that you have what it takes to increase your capacity of being creative to find solutions to most problems you might face in your life.
