Sally (calls herself 'Katy Purry' haha) was really helpful. My husband didn't want a catflap in the back door because its a security door so they arranged a really nice wooden finished one to go through the kitchen wall. They are 'designer' ones made in Belgium and very nice to look at. Really pleased with the service and the fitter Paul was very helpful too. It cost a bit more but well worth it.
