Founded in 2018, Dave Hill was ex-military and found when he left and started driving as a civilian, the driving quality that was being offered to blue-chip/SME customers was appalling. His findings were that no adequate training, driver debrief, or assistance in route planning was provided; it was a case of 'here are the keys of you go'. Dave had a different mindset and came up with the idea to re-educate drivers and have found that the reassurance this gave the customers was working.
K and D Driver Hire LTD is established and now operating across the UK in the Southeast, Midlands and Southwest areas. All our candidates are supported with training, destination routes, and what they are exactly carrying on their trailers. Our dedicated staff have years of experience, we like to say old school, and can relate to our clients and their distribution needs.
