i’m an avid runner and love to work out, but my workouts have not been having the results that i have been hoping for. i needed a change so, when i saw the facebook promotion i jumped at the challenge. i just started at ilkb annapolis and i love it! the staff is so helpful and everyone is so friendly. and wow, the workouts really push you!

instructors and other members have made me feel like one of the family since i first walked into this gym. i joined as part of a 6 week challenge and loved the workout and environment so much i signed up for a year and it is one of the best things i have ever done. 10/10 would recommend.

i cannot say enough about ilkb annapolis!! i signed up in january thinking i'd make it to 1 class a week... about 20 weeks later i'm close to 50 classes!! i cannot get enough of this place. the workout is amazing, the stress relief is better than therapy and the instructors are awesome. i felt comfortable from my very first day and now i actually feel like could defend myself if needed. life changing for sure.

the staff at ilkb has been so welcoming! i only just started going this month, but they make it easy for you to want to come back. i was quickly able to make personal relationships with the instructors and with other kickboxers! i already feel a drastic improvement and i’m so excited to see the changes that sticking with ilkb will bring!

ilovekickboxing annapolis is such a motivating and encouraging environment. the staff is incredible at creating a family atmosphere and keeping you motivated throughout the entire workout. there are constant celebrations and fun competitions. not to mention, a killer workout for the entire body. the workout is varied each day. so, no two workouts are alike. you can modify to meet your needs and still be a part of the class. you won’t regret the decision to come try a class. mention my name when you call. it helps me earn points for my summer sizzle competition. ......ida heck

i love ilovekickboxing annapolis! i am 10 classes in and already see a difference in how my clothes fit. the classes are super energetic yet laid back. the instructors provide challenging exercises for those who can keep up, but there's no pressure so you can go at your own pace. whether you are looking to lose weight, make friends, or just blow off some steam, i highly recommend checking ilkb out!!

i have always been a fan of kickboxing since it is a full body and fantastic workout. when ilovekickboxing annapolis opened i immediately signed up. i love the classes, the music, and the instructors are amazing. thanks to my kickboxing classes i can run now faster, i feel stronger, and i have more energy. i highly recommend ilovekickboxing annapolis!!

i love these classes! they're a full body workout that i do not need to figure out on my own and it's great. the studio is clean and the staff is so nice and professional. i cannot wait to see results from going to these classes every week! it's also so nice to be able to go to as many classes as i want at the times that fit my schedule.
