We will work together to see what has caused your condition and work out a plan to get you where you want to be, whether that is a pain-free situation, a relaxation response, better range of motion, a quick rebound from an intense workout or better function from a specific muscle strain. I will leave the therapy room in order for you to get comfortable on the treatment table (almost always under a sheet/blanket). With the most effective modality I will use what I know of my body work skills, and within your pain comfort, to create space in the body where space seems compromised, from injury or posture (relative to our plan).
