My name is Jessica Worthington, and I specialize in providing couples therapy and marriage counseling to couples experiencing distress and conflict in their relationship. Chronic conflict, stress, and difficulty communicating can leave couples disconnected and unsure how to move forward together in their relationship. I work with couples to help them get out of negative patterns, work through painful experiences and restore an intimate connection with one another.

I also provide therapy to people whose lives and relationships have been touched by cancer or illness. Together we work to manage the anxiety and adjustments that accompany their illness while supporting their relationships.
