Attorney Bowers is the founder of Bowers Law, and a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. He is active within the Cecil County Community, and a member of the Elkton BNI Chapter. He has handled personal injury claims for nearly a decade, and has been handling criminal matters in court since he was in law school.
