Bay Area chiropractor Dr. David Nichols turned his lifelong passion for chiropractic and natural health care into a career spanning more than three decades. He’s dedicated to helping entire families enhance their lives through safe, gentle, and effective chiropractic care at his private practice in Belmont, California.Dr. Nichols has roots in chiropractic that go back to childhood. As a young boy, his father suffered a serious back injury and was told he needed surgery. Instead, he saw a chiropractor and safely returned to work one week later, without surgery.
Two years after that, Dr. Nichols’ mother was told she needed surgery to remove bone spurs in her neck. She also saw a chiropractor, who informed her that surgery was not only unnecessary but potentially dangerous. With chiropractic care, his mother’s health improved dramatically without surgery or drugs.
These experiences made Dr. Nichols’ parents loyal supporters of chiropractic care. They introduced him to the benefits of preventive chiropractic at an early age. When the time came for Dr. Nichols to choose a life path in college, the decision was easy. After completing his undergraduate education, Dr. Nichols went on to earn his Doctor of Chiropractic at the esteemed Palmer College of Chiropractic West Campus in San Jose, California. He dedicated his life’s work to helping others achieve the same level of health through natural chiropractic care.
At his private practice, Dr. Nichols provides holistic care tailored to each individual’s health and lifestyle. With a dogged determination to discover the root cause of each condition, he treats the whole person and not just the symptoms.
Aside from chiropractic, Dr. Nichols’ passions include quantum physics and the powerful connection between the mind and body. He’s also a fitness fanatic and proud father of two grown sons, Conrad and Beau.
