Ross Mechanical Group was started by Gil & Lois Goldstein, after Gil having spent close to twenty five years as a refrigeration-high tonnage mechanic
Almost as soon as the company began we started to build up a following. Gil was know as one of the top diagnosticians in the area, In many cases he was the one to call when everyone else failed.
Having worked for some of the largest contractors in the area-he wanted to create an organization that valued:

Today we still live and work by these tenents.
We know we are doing something right when former employees that moved away, stay in touch with the office-and if they come back to the Delaware Valley ask to re-join the team.
We have also had several of our senior technicians retire, only to find that they were not ready for retirement and come back to us as well. Through all these years Ross Mechanical has managed to make the impossible possible. Examples of this include:
In the early part of the 2000’s we received a call on Christmas eve from WPHL TV 17 that the heat rejection unit at their transmitter went down. The culprit was one of their technicians draining the glycol from the loop.
When our first technician arrived an hour latter he found a solid mass of ice built up around the system.
