For students that are 4 to 8 years of age, the class focuses primarily on developing the most fundamental skills that young students require to effectively learn Judo. This is a fun-filled class designed to teach the kids through games and quick-changing drills. For students age 9 - 15 this foundation is built upon to attain a higher level of skill and acheivement.Part of our curriculum for all ages is the ongoing review and development of life skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal-setting, perseverance, self-control, and confidence. Our program for Adults adds a real-world purpose to your work- out routine, you will not only get in the best shape of your life; You will also find it much easier to stay consistent and reach your full potential. However, as adults we have all experienced the initial enthusiasm for new workout routines, only to find ourselves bored or uninspired before long.
