i needed to paint the whole exterior of my home and requested bids from multiple sources . i really connected with the personnel at sam construction and renovation inc. they took the time to come out and look everything over in person. they worked up an accurate quote, which i feel was the best value for what they were going to provide versus other companies. the guys that came out to paint were great! they were mindful of their work and took the time to do it right. the results are amazing! everyone in the neighborhood comes by to compliment how nice of a job these guys did :)

i had a plan to remodel my bed and bathroom. one of our family friends suggested mozharul and sam construction and renovation inc. the sam construction and renovation inc team was incredible in quality of the job and competitive price. i think they were the best choice for our project. they were organized, polite, on time, friendly and minded their business. sometimes guests or friends that came over , would be pretty excited about their product on our property.

this company just completed a magnificent job on remodeling my 1950's kitchen. they were timely and respectful of my home manager was very accommodating and a real joy to work with. they came in on time and on budget. highly recommend.

it's amazing to see our mother's beloved old abode transformed into a sturdy new house. the installation team did hardie plank siding and new windows. whether as a team of 5 or an individual showed on a couple days, they always worked responsibly often travelling around the house on story-high modern scaffolding with ease. the entire project finished quicker than expected. the crew was always punctual, knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. they seemed naturally conscientious about putting forth excellent work. they were respectful to our mother who demanded perfection.

they did an outstanding job from start to finish. we couldn't be any happier with the results, and have already recommended them to friends. they are an outstanding company, with equally outstanding employees!

they arrived on time and were very professional and took extra care covering everything. they cleaned up and did an absolutely beautiful job. my bathroom is gorgeous. well worth the cost. i would recommend them in a heartbeat.
