i love ilkb carmel! the workout will kick your butt...especially the first 15 minutes! the instructors are great about teaching good form so you can make sure you're doing the moves right and avoid injury. the instructors, your classmates, and the great music all make these classes so much fun!!! its the best way to start my day!

i love this place, the instructors are fun and energetic. the workout is intense but leaves you coming back for more. i have lost 25 pounds and am not stopping now. wouldn't go anywhere else to get my workout in! ilkb is great!!!

i love the muscles i feel working that i've never targeted before!! the music is great, energy awesome, and tight knit feel keeps me coming back. i am seeing my body change and getting definition in my arms which i've never been able to accomplish! you gotta try this place! all fitness levels and body types accepted and respected!!

ilkb is amazing theirs no other workout like it the trainers are amazing and really care about helping everyone reach their goals i noticed results so fast i have been going to ilkb for about a month now and have already lost 12lbs

my wife got me started after she used here 3 class special. it wasn't like anything i have done before. it is a complete body workout and the instructors are a blast, they help keep you motivated. you definitely get out what you put into each class. it's also a great stress relief during the 5 rounds of bag work. if i can do it anybody can do it.
