excellent work! jerry proved to be a highly reliable and caring professional. he delivered on his promises and, more importantly, provided helpful advice and went beyond what was required to improve the outcome of the project for us. he genuinely cared. i would hire r & s construction inc and jerry in a heartbeat again.

jerry and his crew did a great job on our house. we had a variety of things to deal with from flashing on windows and paint, some roofing work and even a few small tasks in the house. he was fast at responding and doing the work and i'm relieved to have this done before it starts to rain (which it hopefully will). jerry was great to work with, easy text communications, super pleasant, and our house looks fantastic. thank you so much jerry and the r & s construction inc crew!

our experience with r & s construction inc was outstanding. they worked within our budget, and pre-planning with jerry showed an attention to detail which no other contractor provided. the quality of work and craftsmanship by jerry and his crew was excellent, and they were friendly and conscientious.
