Frank started out washing cars. He worked in every department and eventually took over the business when EB retired. Frank’s son Weston was born into the business. Weston, like his father has worked in many departments and is being groomed under Frank’s guidance for the day that Frank passes the torch to him. Weston’s daughter Taylor was also born into the business. We think she should at least go to grad school before her training starts.
