Business Law: Representing small businesses including restaurants, apartment owners, pawnshops secondhand dealers throughout California, in labor, licensing and other administrative hearings, buy-sell agreements and in civil litigation. We also provide assistance in human relations, wage and hour, sexual harassment and other workplace investigations. We represent small businesses in American with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Employment and Labor: Representing public and private employees in state wage and hour claims, claims under the FLSA, and those who have suffered unlawful discrimination based on gender, sexual harassment or disability. Defending private employers against unjust wage and hour or discrimination claims. We also perform independent workplace investigations for public and private employers.

Landlord and Tenant: We represent both commercial and residential landlords. We offer lease reviews and negotiation services, preparation of Three Day, Thirty Day and Sixty Day notices. We will file and prosecute unlawful detainer actions to complete eviction and recover a money judgment.
