The staff at this hotel were very approachable and helpful. the breakfast was good. they arranged for a taxi to pick us up from the airport and then back again at the end of our stay. the suite was very good with comfortable furniture, and the bed was comfortable too. we would definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous lobby with a seating area. Bathrooms are nice. The front desk was super friendly. They helped us get a rollaway bed in a timely manner and set everything up.

I like staying at this hotel because the ambiance is so relaxing! They even offered me some discount coupons which is so thoughtful of them! Plus their food and service are also outstanding!

The hotel is very nice, clean, and good for vacation. We enjoyed our stay here. They have a happy hour which is a buy one get one of the drinks. They have a show as well, which is very amazing. Food and drinks were all good. Kudos to the accommodating employees for taking care of us. I highly recommend this hotel for their excellent service!

I would give this lovely hotel a 5-star rating. We have stayed in 2 and 3-star accommodation hotels many times but never been served food like this. This is the only hotel that could provide an excellent service. They also served great food here for they have professional chefs here. The staff members are all friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Nothing to complain about, on the other hand, we're happy to recommend this hotel. I had read the other reviews before going to the hotel, and many people would say that this is a perfect hotel, and yes, it was! Our experience here was truly great. Overall we were very happy and pretty impressed. Highly recommended!

From the moment you walk in the service is amazing! Everyone is so dedicated to making your stay feel like you’re well taken care of. Wences at the sails restaurant was such a pleasant server. Every single employee was so nice to us and never made us have to wait for anything. The views from our room were amazing, we couldn’t stay off the balcony and waking up at 5:30 am to watch the sunset was truly breathtaking. I would recommend staying here!
