In 1983, Professional Building Services of the Quad Cities, Inc. started out as a 2 employee window cleaning operation. Family owned and operated since day one, PBS has expanded its scope of work from only a Window Cleaning Company to a "Full-Service Contractor" that services the Quad Cities, Clinton, Muscatine, Dubuque, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids and communities in between.
We offer our commercial cleaning customers an extensive menu of services making it easier to get more of your facility maintenance needs to be met under one expert, friendly, local umbrella. We are big enough to handle big jobs but small enough to care about every single customer we work with.
We don't just give a generic set of tasks on a page in a proposal and say we do them, that's NOT how we Operate. We take the time to do our Home Work. We want to know what works with your previous provider, what didn't, what are the actual necessities of the job, what are the expectations, and what are the budgetary factors that are required to satisfy these goals.
We have spent the last 38 years figuring out what our customers and potential customers need most to help them run their facilities effectively. At PBS we research the best way to do something and then we find the best people to do the job.
