i finally decided to send in my car for some interior detailing - those stains on some of my interior seats had to go! so i scheduled an appointment (easy booking service btw) and messaged the business directly to see whether or not i booked the right option. dmytro immediately called me the next day to help me lock down the right service i needed so he could allocate the right amount of time and have everything set up for me when i arrived.

dmytro was very sweet, down-to-earth, and so very helpful. i appreciated that he was very upfront, did not upsell me anything i didn't need and set realistic expectations for what he could do for my interior seats after his initial inspection. of course, i wasn't expecting my car to look brand sparkling new, but he did an amazing job overall. it took about two hours for the stain removal (both rows) and an additional superior clean. highly recommend incleaning service!

he is very professional, and it does not bother him at all whatsoever when you throw a whole bunch of questions at him. he takes whatever time he needs to take to do the job right. he did such a good job that i felt that he deserved a pretty good tip. i highly recommend incleaning service! i will definitely be using his services again! thank you incleaning service
