i would not recommend this school. if your child turns out to be afraid of the water and the instruction is not a right fit, you will be expected to pay for all of the classes within the billing cycle. any makeups both self incurred or due to school cancellations will be expected to either be taken or forfeited as well. requests to speak to management are ignored. you will receive an automated email instead lumping your particular case along with the many other reasons why people may cancel. there is a lack of professionalism, human touch, and understanding. my child's fears were a detriment to learning how to swim but the school has not properly equipped their instructors to manage these types of emotions from young children and they do further damage by ignoring and refusing to speak to parents that face this predicament. i am deeply disappointed. we essentially paid $837 plus a $40 membership fee for 4 classes. i recommend you go to a different school to avoid being in our position.
