Because of his years of experience in the real state market, he advised my dad when and how much to sell and made the whole process go so smoothly. My dad gained multiple offers and through his advice on the counters, he sold above asking! His prompt communication with my dad through emails and Docusign allowed my dad to conveniently work remotely with him from preparing the house to sell to closing.

We can't speak highly enough of our experience with Kevin. We were first-time home buyers with very little knowledge about how to find the right place. MANY MANY thanks to these guys. This is the 2nd house I have purchased with them and they are amazing. It was a completely different experience in today's market and they went above and beyond. There were 15 offers and we were 2nd but because of their communication with us and the listing agent, being completely organized and presenting a very clean offer, we got the home of our dreams. I can't recommend them enough.
