New Restoration Outreach Christian Church of Fredericksburg was established in 2018 under the leadership of Pastor Earl and Zandra Richardson. We are the sister church to New Restoration Church of West Palm Beach, Florida where Pastor Sean Smith is pastor and New Restoration Outreach Christian Center of Raleigh, North Carolina where Bishop Dr. Eric L. Ellis is the Founder and Pastor.
