Joel Brow's parents were the first RainSoft dealers in South Florida in 1966.
Mr. Brow, now the owner of Coastal Energy Water & Air, became a second-generation RainSoft dealer when he purchased the dealership in 1983. Joel Brow has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Southern California and is certified as a Water Quality Association Expert Level 5 and Installer. Coastal Energy Water & Air has many clients that have been customers for 40+ years.
