this place is amazing! everyone is so helpful and supportive, the instructors gives you tips about dieting to help you get through your day, no one judges you there. i went to the gym for 4 years and did the exact same routine and i never saw results like i do at ilkb. i love building muscles because i'm very self conscious about my appearance but this place makes me feel confident. all i can say is that it's wayyyyy worth the money! i have nothing negative to say about this place all just good things.

ilkb best workout i have ever signed up for. this class is making me stronger and i may feel like i am dying during the class but feel great at the end.

i absolutely fell in love with this place and became a member after my very first class! it is exactly what i had been looking for to keep me in shape. it is high energy, the people are awesome, and i actually look forward to going to every class. so glad i found it!

i love this place because you really get a full body work out. you sweat gallons! i love the instructors, staff, classes, workouts, and honestly the whole idea of how kickboxing can truly work you out! i really adore this place!

i love going to ilkb! the workout is the best i have ever had! the staff is fantastic and very supportive, even for those of us who are not very in shape! i would highly recommend this place to everyone!

having a staff that holds you accountable has helped my fitness journey in 2018. wanting a place that looks at you as a person and not as a $$$, ilkb high point is where it’s at! miss too many classes, expect a phone call asking where you’ve been and when you’re coming back – they want you to be successful!!!
