Hi my name is Jackie and I'm a certified Massage Therapist at Healthy Habits Therapeutic Massage with more than 10 years of experience helping clients improve relaxation, heal chronic injuries, increase performance in sports, improve well-being, and increase overall health. I customize each massage to meet the needs of individual clients and integrate light stretching with multiple massage techniques into each session for a total regeneration of mind, body, and soul.
Healthy Habits Therapeutic Massage performs professional therapeutic massage services including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Reflexology. If you don’t know which massage you need, I will take the time to study your habits and needs to determine what level of pressure, temperature, and motion is best suited for your body’s condition.

Hands down best massage I've ever received. I purchased the 60 minute hot stone massage however Jackie also concentrated on parts of my body that needed it most. I left feeling much better than I felt going in. Like I told her, she's been blessed with very therapeutic hands and I can't wait for my next massage! Do yourself a favor and give her a visit. Jackie was not only professional, but she actively listened to me about my chronic pain areas and solely concentrated on the areas that I asked her too. She is extremely passionate and in tune with what she is gifted to do- healing and restoring your pain while relaxing you at the same time. Her massage room is also very soothing and calm.

Just what I needed!
Jackie is amazing! I came to Indy for work and was tense from travel and work. After my massage I felt taller and my shoulders were no longer up to my ears. She is professional, talented, and transmits her genuine love and passion for her work through her interactions and focus on your wellbeing. Convenient location since I was at Drury Inn on 8180 N. Shadeland. Great price point for the results! A must try if you are in the area.

An Amazingly Healthy Habit!
I had a massage by Jackie at Healthy Habits Therapeutic Massage and I feel like I'm in a new body. She used multiple massage techniques, light joint movement with stretching, and a relaxing environment for a completely invigorating experience. Working out at the gym six days a week has been one of the most rewarding of my habits. However, I have found a new, and An Amazingly Healthy Habit to add to my list. See you soon Jackie!
