The firm was established in 2001 by Jon Bednar, who also serves as the LPL Financial Advisor and Senior Vice President. In 2003 Todd Birdwell joined as a third Partner, and in 2009 and 2010 respectively, Jim Ferrell and Jonathan P. Bednar, II also joined.
