ILovekickboxing in Little Ferry NJ is the best place to go for a good workout. I started 8 weeks ago and I feel better than I have in a very long time. Every single instructor I’ve met there, are very motivating and I can’t wait to go back for more. I went from couch potato to kickboxing class 3 times a week. I started out with the 6 week challenge. I didn’t make my goal, but the difference was so significant and motivating for more, so I sign up for a regular membership. It’s a very clean gym and everyone always has a big smile on their faces when you go there.

I LOVE ILKB!!! The instructors are amazing and I can't thank them enough for being an inspiration, high energy and motivating! The support between ILKB members makes the atmosphere positive and social. I have never felt so strong and healthy. The results were quick and the classes are addictive!

After my gastric bypass three years ago I started to gain a little of that weight back. I found Ilovekickboxinglittleferry on groupon. I didn't know what to expect. truthfully I thought id do the free classes and then leave, but the staff are awesome and really friendly. the class is always fun and the people and environment are really awesome as well. I highly recommend going here.

iLoveKickboxing literally changed my life. I have been looking for an easy way to get motivated to work out. when I first joined I thought it was going to be so hard but it was the opposite. The staff are so awesome and motivating and the workouts are hard but so much fun. It has been two months and down 19 pounds. The staff is so nice and friendly they make you very comfortable. I would recommend ilkb to anyone especially the little ferry location.

LITERALLY OBSESSED WITH ILKB!!! I started this challenge with the mindset that it would be JUST a jump start for me on my journey to getting fit again BUT I cannot imagine leaving at this point(Iwould honestly be sad if I couldn’t come back for any reason.I’m down 18lbs so far since I started ILKB & that was only 5 weeks ago!The vision of what I want my body to look like is finally within my reach& Icould not have done it without them. I have been part of other establishments &ILKB is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE HANDS DOWN ! The instructors are freaking great. Their energy is amazing every single class ! They have created such an amazing community with so much motivation and dedication from everyone!These workouts are so much fun and intense at the same time! My journey does not end with this challenge. I have a long way to go and I couldn’t imagine finishing this journey ANYWHERE ELSE. I LOVE MY ILKB FAM!! I’m here to STAY !!

ILKB Little Ferry has made me love exercising! I used to go to a gym, but get bored with the same old routine and never be able to stick to it. At ILKB every class is always different and a great workout. The studio is kept clean, all of the trainers are great, and everyone including other members are so welcoming! I always have fun and look forward to going. It feels like a little family. I have been going for about 4 months and can notice my body getting into better shape and accomplishing moves I wasn't always able to do as easily. Give it a try and I'm sure that you'll love it too!

Ilovekickboxing has made me enjoy exercise like I've never enjoyed before. It's actually something I look forward to now and Anu is a GREAT trainer and motivator. This is a FULL BODY WORKOUT and results are literally inevitable if you are willing to commit.. but isn't that everything in life? Don't hesitate. Join a six week challenge like I did and you will be HOOKED!

I am not a gym person. I do not like to exercise. I do LOVE kickboxing!! I’ve been taking classes for about 3 months and I am stronger, more toned and I love taking classes. When I called to set up my first class, I asked when they offered a ‘beginner’ class. They told me they didn’t - all levels of experience were together. I was hesitant, but they assured me that the instructors would work with me. True to their word, the instructors are VERY supportive. They help, instruct on proper technique, encourage and motivate. They are friendly and knowledgeable. The assist with nutrition too, because diet and exercise go hand in hand. The studio is very clean and well maintained. Everyone is friendly. There are classes different times of the day to fit anyone’s schedule. Each class is different, so I am not bored doing to same thing. I am so glad I signed up and am making a difference in myself.
