On May 16, 1981, Norman Phillips purchased the first of many trucks that would come to be Norm’s Tow Service. Later that year, Hiram Phillips, Norman’s father, came on board as a member and continued to be active in the company for over 25 years. In 1982, Norman moved the company from Dublin to Livermore, where the company has remained. Our mission is to provide service to Northern California, specializing in Heavy Duty, Police Agency Work, and Specialized Towing.
