I have been a realtor for 15 years and have lived in Long Beach (principally 90808) since 1990 giving me a good understanding of the LB neighborhoods and those of our surrounding cities.I work both with buyers (65%) and sellers (35%). My Broker, RE/MAX College Park Realty, is located in Los Alamitos and I maintain an office in the historic Lafayette in downtown Long Beach.
Prior to getting into real estate in 2003, I earned my CPA with Coopers & Lybrand (now PWC) in Boston and then headed up internal audit and consulting practices for three NYSE companies.
I am a small investor and own properties in both Long Beach and outside the state. My real estate portfolio includes or has included SFRs, multi units, condos, Own Your Owns, co-op apartment and commercial. I have been involved with about every possible type of transaction. 5)Utilized a 401K self directed IRA to purchase a multi unit building.I have been active in the Long Beach community and am serving or have served on the boards of Operation Jump Start, Families Uniting Families, YMCA-Fairfield, Committee of 300, Kiwanis Club of Bixby-Knolls Long Beach and Friends of the Historic Lafayette.
