i love my fit fam! ilovekickboxing is fun, challenging and an awesome way to burn off that stubborn fat! they have a flexible scheduling and the staff is awesome no matter what time and day you hit the bags! i have been going for a little over two months and i am down 11 lbs. if you want something out of the box and challenging..this is it!!! what are you waiting for???

i love kickboxing is such a fun and exciting atmosphere. the instructors are always energetic and encouraging everyone to do their best during the conditioning and bag rounds. i love that every day is a different workout that targets certain areas of my body and the bag rounds with the roundhouse kicks are the best part! i love this place and would recommend it to anyone! can't wait to kick butt tomorrow!

i have been a member at ilovekickboxing for 16 months and i absolute love it. not only is it an awesome workout where i typically burn around 500-700 calories a class, but it’s also fun! the instructors are super friendly and help push you to do your best. also, each class is different so it never gets boring!

i cant say enough good things about ilkb! i have always wanted to find something that wasn't like the gym and got me in shape and this is the program. not only is it fun, it is an amazing workout, and a great stress reliever. the instructors make everyone feel welcome and are there to push you. they also hold you accountable by making sure you are attending classes. i highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun intense workout. their name is literally the truth i love "ilovekickboxing".

ilkb louisville is so much fun!! my sister got my twin sister and i the special offer and it was the best gift ever. we had some much fun and it was the best workout. we have been wanting to do this for so long. i recommend ilkb louisville to everyone, so come on out. i think i found my new workout to get me into shape.

ilkb louisville is the most welcoming and inclusive group class i've ever done. the instructors and members make it so much fun! i hadn't worked out in a long time and not only could i complete the workout, i loved it!

i recently moved to louisville from detroit and decided to take advantage of a groupon to tryout some kickboxing. i have always wanted to tryout kickboxing but just have never found time to commit to it. this gym was more than i could ever ask for. the instructors are extremely supportive and friendly. they encourage you and help ensure you are using to correct techniques so you don't injure yourself. there is a huge sense of community, which has been great since moving to a new area. they try and engage you so that you feel comfortable while working out. i would highly recommend checking this place out!

i highly recommend ilkb-louisville! i am that girl who weighed over 300 lbs, had gastric sleeve surgery and didn’t know what to do for exercise because never in my life had i “wanted” to exercise. i had tried a “regular” gym with one of those personal appointments to help you find your way… i got bored really quick! i didn’t know where to go or what to do and my teenager suggested we try kickboxing. i was intimidated signing up, and was dreading the first class, but immediately upon receiving the phone call to schedule our first class i knew something was different! the first class was a challenge, but not intimidating at all! everyone i encountered made us feel right at home and part of the #fitfam. each instructor i’ve encountered pushes me to be the best i can be. each class is different, and i can go as often (or make excuses) as i like. if i miss a few days, there is an email asking if i’m ok. ilkb-louisville is the best place to start your fitness journey.
