William N. Melton, MD, graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Georgia in Athens, GA. He earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, GA, and completed his orthopaedic residency at Prisma Health (Formerly known as Palmetto USC Orthopaedics) in Columbia, SC. He went on to finish a Hand and Upper Extremity Fellowship at Beth Israel Lahey in Burlington, MA.
