Iyengar Yoga is for EVERYBODY! No one is too stiff, too out of shape, too large, too thin or too old for Iyengar Yoga. We offer Beginner's Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga for back care, Chair Yoga, Gentle Yoga, Yoga for Weight Loss.
We Welcome: beginners, those returning to yoga after a break in their practice, those coming from another method or style, and experienced practitioners of all ages and physical conditions.
We are centrally located for those coming from South Beach, North Beach, Surfside, Midtown Miami, Brickell and North Miami Beach or anywhere with our online classes.
