Satisfaction at its best! The forwarded technician was wise and fast in seeking a solution for the repair of my refrigerator that was making noise. I could not have been happier with the professional manner in which the technician conducted himself when repairing our broken refrigerator gasket. His attention to detail was over and above my expectations. The customer representative who took my call was also couldn’t have been more polite and helpful. I only wish all service personnel were as professional as them. Thank you!
