By far one of THE BEST experiences we have had with furniture shopping. When we walked in the store, we were welcomed by a couple of associates who walked around and showed us the showroom. Then we were left alone to do our own looking (unlike other stores where people follow you around and bug you during the process). We were not pushed to make a choice right away, but the associates didn't disappear either, so anytime we had a question they were around to answer.
