Inspections On Demand services the greater Nashville area including Rutherford, Williamson, and Wilson Counties. We specialize in providing thorough inspections of commercial and residential structures. The basic pricing of the inspection depends on the square footage, year built, and the number of additional services requested such as asbestos, lead paint, mold, and radon testing.

We schedule approximately 3 to 4 hours on a typical home inspection for a 2,000 – 4,000 sf structure. Some inspections take longer. We recommend clients be available toward the last hour of the inspection to give our inspector time to inspect the house and develop the report. This will allow us time to tour the house and review our findings with you after the initial inspection. We provide a thorough inspection report documenting site, structure, condition of the roof, attic and crawl spaces, testing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing fixtures, as well as doors, windows and much more. We offer multiple inspection packages depending on your home inspection needs.

We provide added services for asbestos, lead paint, mold, and radon testing. We will need (48 hours lead time) in order to perform these services during the inspection.

Home Inspections can benefit both Buyers and Sellers.

For the Buyer, it is beneficial to get a second opinion from a professional Home Inspector. No one likes to find out the heating system in their newly renovated home is 15 years old and at the end of its useful life.

For the Seller, it is important to know what needs to be repaired prior to selling. This allows you time to make repairs and negotiate the best pricing.

One-year Warranty Inspection – New home buyers should have a one-year warranty inspection. We will inspect the dwelling for compliances with plans and specifications. Typically, you want to schedule this six weeks prior to the expiration of your Home Warranty.

New Home Final Inspection – We will inspect the dwelling for compliances with plans and specifications prior to the final walk through.
