Morton L. Price is senior counsel to the firm's Trusts and Estates Practice Group. After completing a term of active military service, he went to work as an assistant to Professor Jack Weinstein of Columbia Law School and as a clerk for Associate Justice Herbert Cohen of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. He is currently a member of the Committee on Estate and Trust Administration of the New York State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Estate Planning Council of New York City.
