a perfect hotel to stay with. i had a reservation from this hotel. i can really say that this hotel is the cleanest hotel that i had. the room was spaciously big and clean. the bathroom was big as well. the staves were so friendly and accommodating. overall it was an amazing stay that i've experienced from this hotel.

this is the best hotel for family and friends for they have spacious rooms and a wide pool to enjoy swimming. as you enter the hotel, you could really feel the freshness of the fragrance. you would also be entertained well by the lovely staff members. if you talked about food, they all have your favorites here! must visit!

we booked four nights at this hotel, and when checking in we were informed we had been upgraded to a bigger room with a balcony and sun deck. the view was fantastic, and the service from the cleaning lady to the front desk was top class! would i stay here again? in a heartbeat yes, i would!

from the moment you walk in the service is amazing! everyone is so dedicated to making your stay feel like you’re well taken care of. wences at the sails restaurant was such a pleasant server. every single employee was so nice to us and never made us have to wait for anything. the views from our room were amazing, we couldn’t stay off the balcony and waking up at 5:30 am to watch the sunset was truly breathtaking. i would recommend staying here!

so classy and beautiful feeling. multiple pools and the best one was a poolside meal. i love this place and i'm going to come here soon. the gardens of the hotel are magnificent. in a more ordinary atmosphere, i would have been more intrigued by the meal.

a great hotel! we stayed here just for a night because it was conveniently located near the airport and a lot of restaurants, malls, clubs and bars. the following stood out for me because of the price paid, the room was large, the bathroom amenities were very clean, and the customer service staff was exceptionally polite. overall, a great place to stay.

i enjoyed my stay at this hotel right now. it's quiet and peaceful. staff are very accommodating and always ready to help. they're always wearing a smile too! the room is clean and the atmosphere is lovely and relaxing. i'm looking forward to my next stay here and recommending the hotel to my friends and family. thank you again for the wonderful experience.

convenient location from the airport and i am so amazed at the service here. the breakfast buffet is amazing and provides so many western dishes. kevin provides us with spectacular service and very attentive to our needs. we enjoyed the quiet stay in our hotel room with clean sheets and towels. wifi is also very fast. we look forward to staying here again in the future!
