Anaerobic and Aerobic training allows you to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Training this way also allows you to learn to control your own body motions. We focus on exercises that allow clients to use their own body weight for resistance to achieve their desired results.
Boxing Training teaches the fundamentals of the sport to individuals of all ages. Fundamentals include proper footwork and punching technique. As clients progress we continue to develop these skills a long with additional proficiencies. Boxing is a great way to burn calories, learn self-defense skills, flexibility and coordination.
Youth Fitness teaches young adults (ages 8-17) the importance of healthy living through fitness. All training is tailored to be age and ability appropriate. Whether boxing, preparing for the start of sports season or just looking to get in shape.
