Half of my business is devoted to body conditioning, and the other half is made up of people who suffer from joint pain or mobility issues. I work with all ages from youth to geriatric training in fitness, dance, yoga, mobility training, and chronic pain/ illness. I have a strong belief in the modalities I teach because I have over 30 years of practical experience that they work. I offer Aline Comprehensive Workouts, Yoga, Pilates, FRC Functional Range Conditioning, GYROTONIC, GYROKINESIS, Lotte Berk based (original bar work), and Dance Conditioning.
