I'm obsessed! I started just last week and have had so much fun. I never enjoyed exercising until I found ILKB. All of the staff are amazing and push me towards my goals! I highly recommend signing up if you want a fun, fast-paced, and fat-burning experience!

Love this place! Everyone is like a big family and of various fitness levels so there's no reason to feel out of place. Hands down one of the best investments I've ever made on myself. Put those gloves on, you won't regret it!!

Ilovekickboxing Newport News is changing my life day by day. The staff is helpful, energetic, professional and inspiring. I have no COVID concerns when working out as they are practicing social distancing and top level cleanliness. I honestly look forward to getting up an going to class each day. Simply awesome!

I joined because I loved the idea of boxing. I didn’t think I would be as active in the class but now I barley go to the gym. The work out they give way superseded the workouts I was putting myself through. Once you try it your hooked...

Can’t give enough praise to iLoveKickboxing! I wanted to try something that wasn’t the same old gym routine, so I signed up for the trial classes on a whim. After the first day, I became an unlimited member and haven’t looked back! iLoveKickboxing has great, fun routines that work your whole body, and the instructors are amazing and make sure that you get the most out of your workout no matter your fitness level or kickboxing experience. They also have cool merch and other in-studio programs that you can sign up for to keep you on track towards your goals. I would highly recommend iLoveKickboxing to anyone who wants to lose weight, have fun, and feel like a badass all at the same time!

I signed up for the 3 trial classes almost 2 months ago just to try something new. I honestly had no intentions of signing up and making this a weekly program. However, the minute I walked in the door, I felt welcomed. The staff is absolutely wonderful because they work with you and push you to be the best you on top of just becoming people you want to talk to and be around weekly. I came back for my second trial and signed up to be a member. Going to the gym makes me uncomfortable, which doesn't motivate me to go back. However, ILKB makes me feel so comfortable, and, even though I leave sore, I'm always so excited to go back. I highly recommend signing up if you want something that challenges you to be the absolute best you.

What an amazing gym! There are many things I can rave about this place. First of all, I love the challenge of the classes and the technique instruction as we go along. The nutrition information and support is amazing. Packaged and made as simple as possible. What you should eat, when, grocery lists, meal plan templates, and a whole list of recipes which actually tastes good! Some of the recipe instructions and pictures don't really match the actual recipe but that's not truly a problem. The gym is clean, and all the staff have been incredibly friendly and supportive. I started going as part of a 6-week challenge because I needed help getting out of my own way, getting out of my ongoing funk, and back on track with the healthy lifestyle I used to live. The camaraderie, accountability, and varying challenges with the classes are exactly what I needed to help get my fitness and nutrition back to that healthy lifestyle. I highly recommend I Love Kick Boxing Newport News to anyone, at any level of fitness, who is looking for a positive and supportive place to get fit, get stronger, gain more confidence - and take out some of those life stressors!
