Dr. Rosarion is designated by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) as civil surgeon to perform green card medical examinations, and all laboratory workup for aliens wishing to change or adjust their status. The USCIS I-693 medical form (Report of Medical Examination and Vaccination Record) will be completed and provided to applicant in a sealed envelope to give to USCIS. Applicants may receive vaccines at the time of their examination for an additional fee or be referred to their own doctor or the Department of Health. It is important to see an experienced civil surgeon like Dr. Rosarion because the examination and I-693 Form must be properly completed. If all tests are negative, it usually takes 2-3 days to complete the immigration medical examination. For applicants who are very pressed for time they can complete the examination with just one visit (provided all tests are negative) by having the completed application mailed to them for a small fee.
