Hurricane Irma looms off the coast, heading straight for the Florida peninsula. Tom, Joe, and Tommy are running around like their neighbors, preparing not only for the storm, but for the looming opening day of their brand new restaurant. Gaetano, Italian for Thomas, braces.
Just one day after Irma leaves central Florida, Gaetano opens, having been spared from loss of power, and provides much-needed sustenance to the area. Tom exclaims, “What an opening day!” as they run out of food.
