06/18/19: 'highly recommend ' i joined this gym after my first class and have not been disappointed! the instructors are awesome, high energy, and motivating without being in your face. i can go in alone or with friends and always feel welcomed. the workout is second to none. i have lost inches and toned up in the month that i have been there. the gym is very clean and i highly recommend checking it out!

love this place! it is just what i have been searching for. this is a challenging workout that i look forward to doing (actually most days counting the minutes!). this is the first time ever i have looked forward to working out. why? it is fun, it is challenging, and the staff there is so energetic and fun! everyone makes you feel right at home. there is no “uncomfortable” gym setting where you feel like you are being judged! it is also a great stress relief!

ilkb in queensbury welcomes everyone with open arms. it's a clean place with very encouraging instructors. i actually want to go workout. it quickly became more of a fun hobby for me rather than something i felt like i needed to do for my health. i'm glad i finally made the decision to go in and try out a class, because it’s something i look forward to everyday.

ilovekickboxing in queensbury, ny is one of the best establishments i have ever been to! the staff are so fun and welcoming, their gym in queensbury is my absolute favorite place to be. the staff have made it more than just a gym but a place to feel comfortable and confident! the results are real and the people are now family!

ilovekickboxing in queensbury, n.y. is one of the best gyms i've ever been to.vthe staff is motivating without being too intense, you have fun in every session, the gym is clean and open, and the trainers take the time to show you each move. i'd recommend ilovekickboxing to anyone wanting to get fit and have fun doing it!

i had been going to a regular old gym for quite a long time and have never really seen any results, since starting at ilovekickboxing just over a month ago, i’ve lost some weight & inches and have started toning up. it’s such a fun, but intense, all body workout that makes me feel so good! i also love the staff… they’re amazing! i look forward to going to my kickboxing classes every week!
