Why did I start as a DFW Realtor?
I was born and brought up in California, San Francisco Bay Area. When I was young, my parents started hunting a new and bigger place to live. The house hunting process took a lot of effort and time. Finally we found a home of our choice, but the happiness did not last long as we soon realized that the foundation of the house and the architectural plan was not worth the price we paid for it. This worst experience opened the reality of real estate business, and I found out that the commercial market does not have many reliable dealers.
My Journey towards Dallas Metroplex Real Estate:
From that particular moment I started researching the real estate business structure in the USA. Soon my interest bloomed into my passion, and I stepped into Real State profession. In1989, I established my Real Estate Company. It was not an ordinary company –it was the first and only licensed business in California. I worked for years and years in California to provide its habitants easy and affordable property options for their needs. My clients loved the way I helped them and supported them throughout the process of home hunting, legal documentation and even after that. My efforts earned me a lot of happy customers, and the smiles on their faces motivated me to work harder and harder.
Later in 1998, I moved to Texas and carried forward my passion of becoming renowned. I established “Remax Landmark” in Dallas. With an aim to bring a positive change in people`s life by providing them a suitable place to live or to secure their property investments, I provided adequate solutions to all their niches. Within a few months, my company became one of the most popular in Dallas Metroplex Real Estate.
DFW Personal Relocation:
Soon I started to provide Dallas relocation guide to help customers have complete information about the state, property value in different areas of Dallas and Rules and regulation for mortgage or ownership of property. The guide helps people from other states or even other countries, who wish to settle in Texas but are unaware of available options, value, and other matters. I also work as a DFW personal relocation advisor to help people have customized services for their requirements.
As property hunting and dealing with property affairs is my passion, I energetically synchronize my efforts with customer`s requirements. Rather than applying one standard formula on all the customers, I prefer to work differently. I call up a personal meeting with clients and listen to their complete requirements and budget. While keeping all these things in my mind, I plan a strategy to deliver quick and reliable services. Then I start looking for the most suitable options for clients. The preference is to present selective but appropriate options which fit the maximum requirements of clients.
