ROSE HAVEN NURSING CENTER has been serving Roseburg and the surrounding communities for over 50 years. Located just off Interstate Five, it is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and lodging.

Rose Haven offers a full continuum of care to meet an individual’s changing medical and healthcare needs. Services include skilled rehabilitation and nursing care on a short or long-term basis due to an orthopedic condition, a prolonged illness or chronic disease.
