These methods stem from her Master’s in Counseling Psychology, CoActive Coach Training, eCornell High Performance Leadership, Bachelor’s in Wildlife Biology and Conservation, Enneagram certification, and 15+ years experience as an ACE Certified Medical Exercise and Fitness Nutrition Specialist. Crystal is a certified Trauma Specialist, and has extensive training in Exposure-based therapies for treatment of PTSD, OCD, and anxiety.
