As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and heal my patients, empowering them to live better and healthier lives when I can, and provide comfort and assistance when I can't. My approach is a combination of both eastern and western methods. My main focus is a unique customized myofascial unwinding and resetting of optimal posture and freedom of R.O.M. (range of motion). I'm also a huge fan of turning off my brain for at least 15 min while someone woks on my problem areas for a few hours a few times a month, call me crazy but tension builds throughout the week as I work and live and to feel it be manipulated out of me in a way I can't do for myself is and will be forever be something I would absolutely pay someone else to do for me. On the other side , it is very rewarding to me to be able to relieve someone of pain. The simple act of lessoning someone else's suffering, is so profound to me. Almost like every time I positively affect someone else's life, I'm living through the positive force of good will to your fellow man on Earth as I live and breathe, and I feel that.
