Our story begins in the early ’90s with a young physician named Dr. Douglas Howard who was concerned about the increasing epidemic of lifestyle diseases. He was concerned about his family and patients staying active, happy, and healthy.
Balance of Nature offers 3 different Products. These include:

Fiber and Spice – A Blend of Fiber & 12 Spices
These products can be purchased as our Whole Health System.
Also, our Health Coaching Services were developed as an ongoing source of education and support. Our goal at Balance of Nature is to support our customers in educating themselves on health related issues and attaining optimal health.
